We celebrate World Soil Day on the 5th of December 2022. The topic of this year’s campaign “Soils: Where food begins” aims to raise awareness of the importance of maintaining healthy ecosystems and human well-being by addressing the growing challenges in soil management.
The FAO is organising a World Soil Day Official Ceremony, which will take place in a hybrid format on Monday, 5 December from 12:30 to 14:00 PM (GMT+1 | CET). The event’s agenda is available here.
