UNCCD is organising Webinars on Land-based jobs.
The second Webinar on land-based jobs for young people will be held via Zoom on 25 February 2021 at 15:00 to 16:00 in London (GMT/UTC) or 09:00 to 10:00 in Mexico City (CST). It will be conducted in English and Spanish.
This is the second of a 4-part series titled, Webinars on Land-based Jobs for the Youth. These are topical webinars that address the practical challenges young job-seekers face, such as starting up, training, mentorship or financing. Each Webinar will air at a time that is most convenient for young people in a particular region to participate: Africa (November 2020), Latin America and the Caribbean (February 2021), and Asia (May 2021). The examples presented at each Webinar will also draw primarily from the respective prioritised regions. The concluding global webinar is planned in celebration of the International Youth Day.
