The University of Freiburg is offering a masters level course on integrated land use systems. The course will be in a hybrid format and will run from June 26th to July 14th, with the in person portion of the course taking place in Freiburg from July 2nd to 11th.
In this course, there will be a combination of lectures, online and in-person excursions, group projects and discussions, as well as an optional oral exam. Excursions will take place around Freiburg and visit local farms, vineyards, and gardens.
The target group for this course are international graduate students, consultants and land use professionals, as well as young scientists working in the field of forest, agricultural, and environmental sciences, geography, rural development, land use planning, landscape ecology and other related fields of natural resource management. The program is open for applications from all countries. Upon completion, participants will be awarded with a certificate of completion or 5 ects points for students passing the oral exam.
